Organization
This Project will be established to the benefit of the Turkish people. The ultimate responsible organisation is therefore the Parliament of the Republic of Turkey.
The responsible ministry reporting to the Parliament is the Ministry of Transportation.
The responsible directorate for the implementation of the Project and reporting to the Ministry of Transportation is the General Directorate of Railways, Harbours and Airports Construction, the DLH.
The responsible organisation for the Engineering and Consulting Services needed is Avrasyaconsult and this organisation will report to DLH and be the DLH representative on the Construction Sites.
The successful Contractor for each Contract will be the responsible organisation for the detailed design and construction of the structures and systems, and will be reporting to the DLH representative on sites, Avrasyaconsult
