Existing Budgets
A budget for the design, execution and completion of the Project was prepared in 1999 as part of the feasibility study. This budget formed part of the basis for the loan agreement between Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) and the Republic of Turkey. In 1999 dollars the budget was of the order of 2.6 billion US$. The budget will be updated to reflect actual contract values.
