Contracts
The Project requires contracts to be formed for four main types of work:
- Engineering Services - providing the Client with advice and assistance on technical and contractual matters from the early stages of the Project through until such time as it is operational.
- Additional Investigation - surveys and investigation work needed to obtain additional information about the physical conditions, where the Project is to be constructed, that influence design and construction.
- Design - deciding and detailing precisely what has to be done to ensure the Client's various requirements are to be met.
- Construction - transformation of the design into physical reality.
